Open More → Circle and share the 6-letter family code or link. Each person creates an account and taps "Join with a code". For friends or neighbors who only help with meals or rides, share the separate helper code — they won't see medical information.

On the phone app: More → Settings → Notifications must be on and the phone must allow notifications for CuidaJuntos (and allow Time-Sensitive notifications on iPhone). On the website, reminders only show while the page is open — install the mobile app for reliable reminders.

On Today, tap the checkbox next to the dose. Use the "Skip" button to record a skipped dose. On the phone notification you can tap Taken, Snooze 10 min or Skip.

The core features (circles, medicines and reminders, calendar, tasks, chat, emergency card, data export) are free forever. During the beta every family also gets Premium features for free. Nothing is charged without your explicit agreement.

Export: More → Export (JSON, CSV or PDF). Delete your account: More → Settings → Delete account. This removes your account and personal data; circles you share stay with the other members.

AI features are optional and ask for consent first. Only the photo, recording or text you choose is sent to our AI provider to produce the result; you can review and edit everything. AI improvement, newsletter and research are separate optional choices, all off by default.

On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password?" and follow the email link. Check your spam folder. You can also sign in with a magic link sent to your email.

It is optional and needs consent on the phone that shares. Family members see the last location and battery, safe-zone alerts and "I'm lost" SOS. History is kept for 24 hours. Location is shared only while the app or page is open.

An optional friendly pet that cheers you on when you take medicines, drink water, walk or log your health. It never gets sick or dies, and you can turn it off at any time in its settings. Its memory is only kept if you allow it.

Open More → Help & support and tap "Report a problem". Tell us what happened, what you expected, and the steps to repeat it. You can attach a screenshot. We create a ticket you can follow in "My requests".
